Venex Law is a Vancouver-based boutique law firm that restricts its practice to “venture exchange law”, the various areas of legal service required by a typical venture exchange company: securities law, corporate finance, mineral resource law, business and industry law and related corporate and commercial matters. Venex Law’s model is to provide legal services specifically to companies listed on, or intending to list on, one of Canada’s venture exchanges: the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian National Stock Exchange. By limiting the scope of our practice in this way, we strive to provide expertise and excellence to a select client group with particular needs and, in many cases, limited capital.
