Venex Law’s principal is Clive Forth.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Forth has acted almost exclusively as counsel to venture exchange companies. In that time, Mr. Forth has developed and taught numerous courses and seminars on securities law, corporate governance and Exchange practice. His teaching credits include serving as a faculty member for the Canadian Securities Regulation course and developing and teaching the first course on “Duties and Responsibilities of Directors of Public Companies”, which over time has evolved into the Public Company course now offered through Simon Fraser University. Mr. Forth has completed the Canadian Securities Course (Honours) and has served as Chairman of the BC Securities Commission’s Securities Liaison Committee and as a member of the TSX Venture Exchange’s Exchange Advisory Committee. Effective April 1, 2009, Mr. Forth has been appointed to the Securities Law Advisory Committee of the BC Securities Commission.
